Job DescriptionResponsible for understanding the business mandates and be able to translate the same into a well-defined marketing strategy/plan based on consumer insights and market intelligence.Collaborate closely with segment level stakeholders from both Marketing and Sales to align, strategize and drive marcom activities effectively and timely with the ambition to create higher engagement and business leads.Developing, designing, and delivering strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results.Monitor marcom performance, have constant dialogues with stakeholders and customers to understand Danfoss’ unique selling proposition and brand positioning, and provide recommendations.Ensuring that plans, content, and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, trade shows, digital, customer events, etc.Collaborating across teams and different stakeholders to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, surveys, and client success storiesCollaborating across teams and different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local prioritiesActing as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions Working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize online and offline marketing and communications activities and develop supporting assets.Being update with market developments and competitor strategies.Manage the PR and editorial calendar and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and sentiment.Create and publish press releases / interviews to approved third parties.Manage social media for the Business lines team by creating and scheduling social media posts to share our voice in the media and promote our content and thought leadership.Produce high-quality content to influence target audiences on various social media platforms, press releases, thought leadership articles, white papers, blogs, newsletters, etc.Support on employee engagement and internal communications as well as working with the C-suite on their own personal communication plans.
Job QualificationsYou have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field and have at least 4-5 years in media relation/ Marketing Communication of B2B marketing experience in a similar role.You must be able to think analytically and strategically. A track record in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO and SEM.A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and effectively bilingual in both English and Arabic.You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.Analytical with a focus on specific goal setting, measurement, and results orientation.Organisational and time management skills are critical ‚ ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines is essential.Ability to adapt communication style depending on audience while maintaining professionalism and credibility.Skilled editor, with the ability to help shape the voice of the brand.Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.Confident, persuasive, and outgoing – with strong influencing skills.An ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.Excellent communication skills , with proactive and positive attitude.
